 - GWA World Champion Brewer came to the ring and demanded the title match with The Killer happen now. The Killer was seen arriving at the arena in a limousine. He exited the limo and charged towards ringside. With the entire arena in San Antonio on its feet, a myriad of GWA officials kept champion and challenger separated as The Biggest Show of the Regular Season cut to commercial.
- Johnny Bulldog over GWA World Tag Team Champion Hunter Storms via DQ.
- Hunter Storms was disqualified when tag team partner Dexter Point interfered. With the win, Johnny Bulldog earned The Dangerous Brothers a future GWA World Tag Team Title match.
- Non-title match: Mike Lio over International Champion Ward Pierce via pinfall.
- Mike Lio, having qualified for the Tournament of Bruises, defeated the International Champion and lined up a GWA World Tag Team Title match, made the title motion around his waist.
- Backstage, The Killer noted Chris Maverick was given one week to accept The Shadows' beliefs. Since he did not do so, he was officially booted from The Shadows.
- Rockshade walked to ringside with a limp, taking the ring announcer's microphone and imploring the Front Office to reinstate the suspended Darksyde. The Double Hall of Famer would not promise he could get his ten wins or even defeat Darksyde in the shape he was in, but he vowed to give him his receipt for the assault.
- Around the Clock contract holder Anthony Caffrey, sporting a tuxedo with a red bowtie, assumed his position as guest commentator for the main event.
- GWA World Title match: Brewer over The Killer via pinfall to retain the GWA World Title.
- Anthony Caffrey removed his tuxedo to reveal wrestling attire and announced he was using the Around the Clock contract.
- GWA World Title match: Anthony Caffrey over Brewer via pinfall to become the NEW GWA World Champion.
- The new GWA World Champion posted on the top turnbuckle as confetti fell from the ceiling to end the show.
- Match of the Night: Brewer vs. The Killer
